Always Remember to Spread the Love

There are never enough "I love yous." -Lenny Bruce

Today I'm going to say "I love you" at least ten times. This usually isn't a problem for me. I tend to say "I love you" a lot. However there is something I want to be aware of, and that is "are these just words, or do I mean this phrase from the bottom of my heart?" I'd like to believe it's the latter. I care deeply for those around me, whether they're an old friend or someone I just met. Everyone deserves to be treated well, regardless of social standing. Thus today I'm going to say "I love you" and I'm going to mean it.

Afterthought: It's important to be a caring person. It's important to let people know how you feel and remain honest with all those around you. However it's also important to remember to say "I love you" to yourself. This doesn't mean you say it in a egocentric way. Say it as if you are an outsider looking in. Observe the person you are in any even moment, and regardless of your flaws, realize that you are you and you are doing the best you can. Those imperfections are what make you unique, and it is important to learn how the celebrate your successes as well as your failures equally. So here it goes, my first "I love you" of the day. "I love you, Christopher."
